There are no 1 or 2 bedroom waterfronts. Waterfront Rental Rates $289/night. (minimum rental is 2 nights) $1394/week. Our week is 7 nights with start days Mon-Fri. You cannot check in on Sunday (unless you're willing to pay for Sat) We do not charge a cleaning fee as long as you leave the unit tidy. We thoroughly clean after every rental. Credit Cards Accepted

reservation is confirmed. Must be at least 25 to rent. Check in is 3pm. Check out is noon. When available, late check out (6PM) is $100. 6% Texas room tax will be added to total.
